March 2006:
UK Webcomic Thing and post-Art Crash Laziness...

Click the banner to see a bunch of
doodles I made while trapped at the Airport one weekend.
Gothic Fantasy 1, ink. A big theme for
this month was trying to see what else I could do with my newfound toy,
Indian Ink. At least I can say it brings me joy.
"The First Burning Cup in the Morning", ink.
Self-portrait.
"The Great Hunter", ink. I did this while
watching Jumanji. I'm so terribly sorry about that.
Runic Head Test, ink.
Gothity Doll Girl, ink.
Mobs Magical Musical Pants, ink. The funny
thing about this is that one of my friends goes by the stage-name MOBS
when she performs her experimental music. And since she makes said
music by manipulating some microphones she's wired into her pants, this
painting's title is much more accurate than you can imagine. Hell,
the painting is almost accurate, minus the note demons.
The Pole-Dancer, watercolor & ink. Someone
challenged me to come up with a superhero. This was my first idea:
A young girl who finds a magic "dancing staff" that lets her fight crime.
One a related note, why is it that so many female superheroes fight crime
in their underwear? Oh wait. Never mind.
Tribal Mith, ink & watercolor.
Dual Angel Pop, watercolor, ink, & acrylic.
Drifter Test, ink & watercolor.
Mithra Test, ink & watercolor.
Nightcrawler Retool, watercolor & ink. This
one is actually from a while ago but something interesting made me realize
I never put it on the site.
Butterfly Yellow Pop, ink & watercolor.
Tribute, or even Fan, art for Dean Trippe's Butterfly comic.
Ink Experiment Horror, ink. Duh.
5-Minute Butterfly, ink, watercolor & acrylic.
Someone asked me to paint something in under five minutes for them.
This was the result.
Transworld Buddha, watercolor & ink.
VoodooStitchDance, ink & watercolor.
This months' banners:

Ink Simple, Hungry Hippos?, Hot
Topless Action, Pacman Fever, Cheetoh Bandito?
