September: That useless month before
Halloween.
"Black Velvet", watercolor, acrylic, & ink. I
really had a lot of fun limiting myself to only two colors....I really
need to do it more often.
"If Superman had actually looked like an Alien would we still like him?",
watercolor & ink. You know, I really ask myself this question far
too often.
The Simpsons, watercolor & ink. Yes. I
painted the Simpsons. Also, I can't explain why so many of you found
Lisa to be so attractive. You perverts.
Electronic Populatrity, watercolor, acrylic, & ink.
Zombie Bondage Skank with Busted Eye, watercolor.
Here I continue unveiling my genius with titles that are fathomless in
their depth.
Bitter Jester, watercolor, ink, & acrylic.
"When I grow up, I want to be a Shark", watercolor &
ink. Dude. If you could enroll in college to get a degree in
"Being a Shark," I would still be in college right now.
Spider Monkey, watercolor & ink. At some point
in September, I had a nightmare about being devoured by a whole swarm of
these. Did I mention I'm an arachniphobe?
PanManic, watercolor & ink.
"Last
night I dreamt I was naked in the jungle being chased by shark riding an
elephant", watercolor & ink. I'm lying, but a shark tied to an
elephant would make a great siege weapon. Now all it needs is lasers
or scatter-mines.
Joseph's Giant, watercolor, acrylic, & ink.
One of my painted storyboards for my children's book, "Menagerie".
The
Jester and the Dragon, watercolor, acrylic, & ink.
Rachel's Birthday sign, watercolor & ink. I
have a tradition in my house. Whenever I throw a party, I always
doodle a sign for it. They're always weird and they tend to have
weird messages that equate to "There is no Party here." I have no
idea why I started to do this, but if I had to guess I think it was to
piss off my neighbors.
Butt-Thruster Rocketeer, watercolor, acrylic, & ink.
Look at the title. Look at the picture. Don't ask.
"The New Garden of Eden makes me Uncomfortable",
watercolor & ink. In retrospect, that might not have been the best
thing to say.
Hat of Shame, watercolor & ink.
Inventor of Mr. Potatohead, watercolor & ink.
Scott the Pirate, watercolor, acrylic, & ink.
Onion Boy, watercolor. You may have noticed
this, but I stopped labeling which pieces were done under the influence.
Sometimes I feel it's obvious why.
Reluctant Angel, watercolor & ink.
Painful & Destructive Consumption of Information,
watercolor & ink. Please forgive the use of symbolism.
